From $1,500 a month · always after an audit
Ongoing SEO for wellness practices
I handle your search visibility month after month: fresh content in your voice, your Google profile, reviews, and a plain-language report. You approve. I do the work.
Ongoing work always starts after a site audit, so month one is spent on the right things.
(no homework. I mean it.)Your month · at a glance
Here’s what I did this month.
- 2 new pieces of content, in your voice
- Weekly Google profile posts
- 2 to 3 new mentions around the web
- Review follow-up
- AI answers checked and dated
- Report sent · 30-minute call booked
Your part: approve the drafts.
You take care of your clients. I’ll take care of Google.
What you won’t have to do
- Write blog posts every month
- Learn what a meta description is (unless you want to. I love explaining this stuff.)
- Stare at Search Console graphs trying to decode them
- Wonder whether any of it is working
What I do instead
- Write your content, in your voice
- Keep your Google profile fresh with weekly posts
- Follow up on reviews and build new mentions around the web
- Send a monthly plain-language report: what changed, why it matters, what’s next
Your part: approve the drafts and join a 30-minute call once a month. That’s it.
What’s in the standard plan
The same four pillars your audit graded, worked on every month.
Readable
Two content pieces a month
Service pages, guides or blog posts, written in your voice and aimed at what your clients actually search for. Nothing goes live without your OK.
Findable
Weekly Google profile posts
Classes, offers, new services and seasonal notes, so your profile looks alive to Google and to the people comparing you.
Findable
Two to three new mentions
Directories, local listings and partner sites that name your practice the same way, every time.
Credible
Review follow-up
Review requests that ask clients to name their practitioner, and replies that sound like you.
Citable
A monthly AI check
The same questions asked of ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI answers, recorded and dated, so you can see the trend.
Under the hood
Technical care
Indexing, page speed and schema markup, watched monthly and fixed when something slips.
Every month
A plain-language report and a 30-minute call. What changed, why it matters, and what’s next. No dashboards to decode.
How a month runs
Same rhythm every month, so you always know what’s coming.
I plan
You get the month’s plan and the first drafts, based on your audit and last month’s results.
You approve
Read, tweak, say yes. If I haven’t heard back in five business days, it moves to next month instead of going live without you.
I publish
Content goes live, profile posts go out, mentions and reviews get followed up.
We talk
Your report arrives, then a 30-minute call: what moved, what didn’t, and what’s next.
What it costs
One standard plan. Anything beyond it is quoted in writing first.

Is ongoing SEO right for you?
Yes, if
- You’ve had a site audit, or you’re booking one
- You want it done for you, not explained to you
- You can read and approve drafts within five business days
- You’re ready to give it at least three months, which is how long search changes take to show
Not yet, if
- You haven’t had an audit. Start there
- You want a guaranteed ranking. Nobody can honestly sell that
- Your website needs rebuilding first
- $1,500 a month isn’t in the budget right now. The DIY kits or an audit and fixes package may fit better

Early results from real practitioners
Reported result
An energy healer’s schedule filled soon after our first engagement, and it has stayed busy since.

A chiropractor’s brand-new practice, built from zero, with steady traffic growth and phase two already planned.
Case study in progress
Wild Yonder Wellness
“Grand Schema caught tons of discrepancies across my business listings and platforms, many of them small details that would have been very easy to miss but can make a real difference in whether your business shows up in search.”
A Prairie Village massage studio, measured at Day 0 and re-measured at Day 30, 60 and 90, in public.
Results as clients reported them to me. Some early clients are friends, and Wild Yonder’s owner is family.
Questions about ongoing SEO
(ask me anything. really.)Why do I need an audit first?
So month one is spent on the things that will actually move your bookings, not on guesses. The audit sets the baseline we measure against, too, so you can see what the monthly work changed.
How soon will I see results?
Technical fixes can show up within weeks. Local rankings and content usually take three to six months. Your monthly report shows what moved, so you’re never guessing.
Why a three-month minimum?
Search changes take that long to show. Judging the work sooner would be judging it before it had a chance to work.
What do you need from me each month?
Approve the drafts, usually within five business days, and join a 30-minute call. I also need the same access as your audit, kept in place while we work together.
Can I pause?
Yes. Practitioners take breaks too. You can pause for one month, once a year, with two weeks notice. Billing pauses with it, and the minimum term extends by the same month.
Who owns the content?
You do, once it’s paid for, and it stays yours when we finish. Use it, share it, keep it.
Step one
Every ongoing client starts with an audit
$350, a report within seven business days of the intake call, and a clear plan. Then you decide whether you’d rather hand the work to me.
